At Gulfside Health & Rehab, Floor Nurse plays a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Located in Clearwater, Florida, our 76-bed skilled nursing facility offers a warm, home-like setting where our residents can heal, recover, and live their best lives.

As a Floor Nurse , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents on a daily basis. There is part time or full time opportunities, with a competitive hourly rate of $26 - $39 hourly . Our benefits package includes dental, vision, and health insurance, life insurance, 401 K Retirement plan, Paid Time Off, and Sick Time.

Provide direct patient care to residents on a daily basis, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments

Develop and implement individualized care plans with input from the interdisciplinary team

Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including falls, infections, and other potential concerns

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and departments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical charts, medication records, and other relevant documentation

Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and respect for each resident

LPN or RN licensure in the state of Florida

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, with or without assists

Basic knowledge of electronic medical records and other relevant software systems
