The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in system integration and testing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge missile defense technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.This is a full-time onsite position based in Andover, MA. What You Will DoSupport Testing Efforts: Generate technical reports documenting findings through data analysis.Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues both real-time and through detailed analysis and debuggingDrive Performance: Collaborate across functions, track metrics, and document lessons learned to drive performance improvements and resolve system issuesModeling and Analysis: Utilize and create modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validationCollaborate: Work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionalityDocument and Communicate: Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and effectively communicate results to Program Management Office (PMO) and System Integration and Test (SI&T) leadership and stakeholders.Support On-Site Missions and Test Events: Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, or lead range support teams from Andover.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experienceExperience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or system testingExperience with MATLAB, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, and/or other programming languagesQualifications We Prefer Experience generating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reportsExperience in developing and managing requirements, as well as experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS or equivalent) and configuration control practicesExperience working in an integration lab, test facility, and in the field supporting integration and/or verificationKnowledge of radar systems and properties, including Signal Processing, Clutter Rejection, Doppler, Antenna Properties, and Pulse Characteristics.What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
