Health Care Nurse

We are seeking a committed and skilled Hemodialysis Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
Provide chronic hemodialysis care and develop comprehensive nursing care plans, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to interpret and adjust patient care plans.
Conduct patient referrals to dieticians, social workers, or vascular access centers as necessary.
Evaluate patients lab results and address any concerns or questions regarding dialysis treatments.
Ensure dialysis machines and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition.
Adhere to the facility's policies and procedures, complying with state and federal regulations.
Deliver age-specific care, including performing all aspects of the hemodialysis procedure as per state licensure requirements.
Perform technical skills related to patient treatment and emergency procedures as part of the competency assessment program.
Document and report all pertinent patient information accurately and clearly.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; a bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field is preferred.
Minimum of one year nursing experience; hemodialysis and ICU/CCU experience are desirable.
Current state licensure as a registered nurse.
Successful completion of training in the theory and practice of hemodialysis.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, with insurance, for applicable business travel.
Proficiency with computers is advantageous.
