Enforce compliance with established kitchen standards, procedures, departmental policies, and sanitation guidelines.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and proper food presentation.

Verify that all products and prepared items are correctly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated in accordance with FIFO (first in, first out) guidelines.

Possess extensive knowledge of diverse culinary styles and demonstrate mastery across all line-level cooking stations.
