Warehouse Custodial Associate
Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Custodial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. In this role, you will ensure warehouse, office, and common areas are clean and well-maintained while supporting a safe and productive work environment for employees and visitors.
What You'll Do

Clean and maintain facility areas, including restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, offices, conference rooms, warehouse spaces, and the shop floor.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, wash, and sanitize assigned areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Replenish facility supplies, including toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, and air fresheners.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from designated receptacles throughout the facility.
Perform spot cleaning and special floor care for carpets and tile, including stain removal and floor maintenance.
Operate manual and ride-on floor scrubbers to clean warehouse and shop floor surfaces.
Assist with facility setup, cleanup, and support for company meetings, celebrations, and employee recognition events.
Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience.
Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and assist with special projects as needed.
Location & Work Pattern
Work Location: On-site
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Additional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
Compensation
~ Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
