Grinder - Manufacturing/Production

Job Title: Grinder/Shop Labor

Join our dynamic team at the Dallas plant where you will play a crucial role in the production process as a Grinder Loader. You will be responsible for regrinding materials to be reused in production, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.

Operate extrusion machinery to weigh inventory and follow the grinding schedule.

Load materials into the grinder and convert them into pellet form for reprocessing.

Stage materials for upcoming jobs to ensure smooth production flow.

Perform cleanup in production and storage areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.

Adhere to plant safety rules and wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, and gloves.

High school diploma or equivalency.

Experience in production, machine operation, and quality assurance.

Forklift experience and previous machine operating experience are a plus.

Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing plant that is busy and loud. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duncanville, TX.
