Head of Products - Remote

The Product Manager will be responsible for RxBenefits MCAP product development. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of vended products.

Use data-driven insights (customer feedback, usage metrics, competitive analysis) to inform product development efforts.

Bachelor’s in business administration or similar field

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $111 ,200 to $139 ,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Remote first work environment
