We’re partnering with a highly respected staffing firm to find a Recruiter to join their growing Pittsburgh team. If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced setting, and making a real impact on people’s careers, this could be a great fit.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer
Partner closely with sales to understand client hiring needs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide a great experience
1+ years of recruiting experience (any industry—IT not required)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Training and mentorship to help you succeed in IT recruiting
