How you’ll make an impact in this role

Facilitate high-volume endoscopic procedures by providing expert intra-procedural assistance, managing moderate sedation, and ensuring a sterile environment in strict compliance with safety protocols.
Orchestrate end-to-end clinical workflow, from conducting comprehensive pre-procedure assessments and IV starts to delivering critical post-anesthesia care (PACU) and discharge education.
Lead multidisciplinary care coordination, serving as the primary liaison between physicians and specialized clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal procedural outcomes.
Manage complex patient care plans, utilizing advanced clinical judgment to monitor hemodynamics, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and address specialized patient needs throughout the perioperative phase.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:

~ Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Proficiency in conscious sedation, endoscopy procedures (colonoscopy, endoscopy and bronchoscopy), and infection control.
Ability to handle endoscopy, biopsy forceps and cytology brushes.
Experience in an Ambulatory surgical center, ICU, Emergency Department or surgical nursing preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills for fast-paced environments.
