Compensation Details

Team members earn $21.00 up to $23.50 per hour base pay (include shift differentials and premiums) plus up to $5.03/hr in incentive pay per hour based on performance.

Job Description

Position: Warehouse Specialist (Full‑time, Part‑time, and Seasonal available).

Location: La Crosse, WI distribution center.

Service Ace Retailers by warehousing merchandise and fulfilling orders, including responsibilities in Receiving, Stocking, Order Filling, and Shipping.

Receiving: Utilize forklift or other power equipment to unload freight and process product via RF scanner onto dock in preparation for stocking.

Stocking: Use RF scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory, and prepare freight for order picking while on foot or using a reach lift.

Order Filling: Use Voice Collect headset to select and stage merchandise for transport; efficiently fulfill orders via foot or forklift.

Shipping: Operate forklift or other power equipment to strategically load product onto outgoing trailers.

Multiple shift options available: 2nd Shift Sunday–Thursday 4:00 pm – 12:30 am; 2nd Shift Sunday–Thursday 6:00 pm – 2:30 am; and part‑time starting at 4:00 pm or 8:00 pm.

Eligibility and Requirements

Minimum age 18 years.

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.

Must stoop, squat, kneel, and lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Availability on weekends and holidays may be required.

Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and self‑starter.
