PART TIME AMBASSADOR

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Elevate Every Moment We’re seeking a proactive, client-focused Workplace Experience Ambassador to transform the office into a welcoming, seamless, and memorable environment.
You’ll be the warm welcome in the morning, the thoughtful touch throughout the day, and the fond farewell at the end — creating an exceptional in-office experience for clients, visitors, and employees.
This role combines hospitality, administrative coordination, and personalized service, making it ideal for someone who thrives on delighting others and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Build lasting relationships and positively shape the office culture
Office and Concierge Services Serve as the central point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Provide information and arrange services, including transportation, local amenities, and dining experiences
Support document scanning, printing, and office supply delivery
Event and Catering Support Coordinate catering for meetings and events, ensuring high-quality presentation
Assist in planning and executing office events, including setup, decorations, and guest management
Workspace Management Conduct regular floor walks to ensure common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Serve as a point of contact for client safety and well-being
What You Bring High School Diploma required, degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Hospitality or customer service certification is a plus
using standard equipment
Manual dexterity and vision to operate office equipment and perform assigned duties
