Prairie Gate's updated prairie-style architecture will beckon the adventurous, with inviting interior spaces for social gatherings, opening to an expanse of prairie plantings, and flowers lining outdoor walking paths, engaging the senses and promoting wellness. At the heart of the community, the two-story 21,000 square foot Town Center offers an array of amenities and services, including community gathering spaces, restaurant-style dining, a bistro, salon, library, club room, business office, guest suite, chapel and wellness center with aerobics studio.

The Cook is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.

Knowledge of State and Federal food-handling regulations, including food service operations strong desired.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
