TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Marysville, California, 95901!

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN - Tele)
Contract | Full-Time | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite
Assume responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients throughout the assigned shift
Prescribe and deliver nursing care based on the nursing process, consistent with the medical plan of care and informed by patient and family input
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care delivery across applicable age groups
Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning into the overall plan of care
Delegate appropriate aspects of patient care to other nursing staff based on clinical competence and legal scope of practice
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
EPIC experience within the last 12 months required
Recent Cerner experience required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Acute care facility experience
