We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete in-home assessments for home care clients. This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and independent field work.
Job Type: Per Diem / Contract
Schedule: Flexible – set your own availability
Location: Local home visits (mileage reimbursed, if applicable) All Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete in-home assessments for home care clients. This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and independent field work.
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive in-home assessments
Perform medical, social, and environmental assessments
Obtain and document vital signs
Develop and document a plan of care
Obtain and coordinate physician (MD) orders
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Conduct Aide supervision visits as required
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Ability to work independently
Compensation: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
