Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and overall oral health
Adapt quickly to practice workflows and contribute to an efficient schedule
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Required Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach
Qualifications:
Current dental hygienist license
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Clinical needs as required by office
Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
