RN - Interventional Radiology (IR)

Cath Lab RNASAP start date! **4X9s** schedule may occasionally work 5X8s as needed. Cardiac Cath Lab/ Interventional Radiology. The position is for dayshift Monday through Friday with rotating evening, nights, and weekend, and holiday call. Will also work in IR holding department. Two years experience required. Fifty mile radius restriction. Facility does not accept candidates with background hits, licensure action, etc. Must be SC licensed. Adult patients with a variety of disease processes. Procedural area, including pre and post care. Required skills - IV start, Circulate, Telemetry, Conscious Sedation. Hemodynamic monitoring and PACS experience preferred. Meditech EMR, BCLS required, ACLS required.

Holidays/Weekends: Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff, or as indicated in assignment confirmation. Floating: This facility has high P/C ratios and lots of floating - if a candidate isn't comfortable with this, please do not submit! Only 1 facility so would only be floated within the hospital. Qualivis workers will float in rotation with staff and in accordance with floating policies, as well as the clinical experiences of the worker being asked to float. Policies on floating comply with current standards of The Joint Commission, including the provision of an appropriate orientation to the new unit.
