Head of Technical Programme Management

The Technical Program Manager (Systems), is responsible for leading and governing complex programs that span multiple projects, systems, and business units. Oversee delivery of multiple interdependent projects within the program portfolio.
Proactively manage program-level risks, issues, and escalation frameworks.
Ensure consistent execution using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations.
Ensure integrated delivery across platforms and tools
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
Track and report on program ROI, value realization, and risk reduction outcomes.
Minimum 12 years managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives.
Experience managing programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and geographies.
Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Program-level coordination across interconnected projects.
Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and prioritization.
Strong experience with tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, portfolio tools).
Ability to deliver executive-level reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or Business Management with comparable technical experience.
