PRN Receptionist Opportunity
Westerwood is currently searching for a PRN (as-needed) receptionist to join our incredible team!
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills, good knowledge of computers, and general office or receptionist experience is preferred.
Monitors all emergency and non-emergency activities on the fire panel and communicates by radio or phone to the proper departments any need for response or repair.
Uses in-house radio to notify security/maintenance when situations warrant.
Notifies appropriate personnel and/or retrieves residents as necessary.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the administrative area, copy room and mailbox area.
Assists with all clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, and faxing
