TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) for travel assignments in various healthcare facilities. The LPN will provide direct patient care , monitor vital signs , administer medications , and assist in post-operative and acute care for a diverse patient population. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit.

Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.

Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments .

Document patient care, progress, and interventions accurately.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members .

Educate patients and families on post-care instructions .

Travel to various healthcare facilities as needed.

Completion of an accredited LPN program .

Active LPN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
