This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Job Details:

• 5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time!
• 0.51-$0.56 per mile

Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25

Drop and hook per stop: $35

Live load/unload per stop: $50

Hazmat per load: $25

Refrigerated per load: $30

Crosstown per move: $25-$60

Driver assist per occurrence: $25

Empty move per stop: $15

Equipment cleaning per hour: $15

Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20

Rail delay per hour: $20

Refused delivery per occurrence: $40

Truck order not used: $20

Yard work per hour: $20

Safety training pay per hour: $20

New hire training pay per day: $250

Holiday pay per day: $200

Driver trainer pay per hour: $28

Attendance bonus: $1,000 per year

Bereavement/Jury Duty pay: $175 per day

Layover pay: $20 per hour

Live lifts pay: $15 per occurrence

Operational meetings pay: $22 per hour

Spotting work pay: $5 per move

Truck detailing pay: $50

Truck order not used pay: $20 per occurrence

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $84,000
