Recruitment Specialist
Location: Greensboro Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location The pay range for this role is ***k- ***k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. *** also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). Position typically requires 5+ years relevant experience Provide knowledge and expertise in full cycle recruitment focused on attracting and hiring future employees including:

Promoting the organization's employee value proposition and image as an attractive place to work
Attracting, screening, and interviewing candidates for selection and short-listing.
Recommending hiring of internal and external candidates for both entry-level and experienced positions.
Administering pre-employment tests, checking references, and conducting psychometric assessments when applicable.
Providing feedback to non-selected candidates.
May assist with job advertising and job-posting on various job-boards.
