You’ll oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, and ready vacant homes for new residents — all while inspiring a positive, high-performing team.

Lead and inspire a team of service technicians

Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services

Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to our high standards

Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

Oversee budget management and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency needs

High school diploma or equivalent

Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems

Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills

Proficiency with property management software (RealPage) and Microsoft Office

This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
