ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain friendly and welcoming demeanor Set up and maintain a clean workstation Complete daily prep tasks given Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant Comprehensive menu knowledge with ability to communicate details Take customer phone and in-person food and drink orders Read and understand tickets to determine what items needs to be prepared and when Follow and memorize detailed recipes, using consistent methods Assemble all drinks on menu including pulling espresso shots, cold brews, and kombucha Constantly monitor and maintain food and drink standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety Assist with every facet of restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience Handle guest concerns by listening; informing a manager; and helping to resolve issues Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools Process accurate cash and credit card transactions with point-of-sale system Assist in stocking and cleaning dry goods area Assist in dish upkeep Take out trash and boxes Support team members including leadership Execute effective communication skills Exude a positive attitude under stress Contribute to a fun and professional work environment Consistently execute follow-through
