Human Resources Director Pathways to Life, Inc. — Greenville, NC | Full-Time | Exempt
Pathways to Life, Inc. is looking for a motivated, energetic HR Director to lead our people strategy and keep our culture aligned with our mission. What you'll do Own the full hiring lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews
Coordinate the onboarding process between our HR Recruiter and Training Specialist
Champion employee satisfaction — assess staff needs and serve on our Morale Committee
Serve on the Member Rights Committee, gathering member feedback and driving improvement plans
Partner with Quality Assurance and Clinical leadership to keep training and credentialing current
Keep us compliant with HR law, CARF standards, MCO requirements, and state regulations
Manage unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and personnel documentation
Develop HR policy, performance management, and succession planning
What you bring Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Working knowledge of the behavioral health population we serve
Integrity and discretion with confidential information
Schedule & location Office-based, Monday-Friday. Travel to our additional sites required at minimum quarterly.
