We offer stable daytime hours Monday through Friday 7:30 am 3:30 pm with occasional weekends.

The Clinical Assistant will promote and restore patients' health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands-on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high-quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care.

Practice phlebotomy

Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds.

Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol.

Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms.

Maintain clinical supplies inventory.

Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.

Help cover the front desk when needed.

Academic Training:

Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program preferred

Phlebotomy Program CPT-1 License - required

6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice

Prior experience in women's healthcare preferred

Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel required
