Position Overview We are recruiting an experienced CRNA to deliver independent anesthesia care at a high-volume ambulatory surgery center specializing in outpatient procedures. This permanent 1099 contractor position provides excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and exceptional earning potential. Administer anesthesia services independently for outpatient surgical procedures

Manage anesthesia care throughout the perioperative period

Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as clinically appropriate

Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education

Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes

Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification

Active Texas nursing and CRNA licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program

Proven experience in independent anesthesia practice

Strong clinical skills in ambulatory surgery center or outpatient settings

Competitive hourly rates up to $175 per hour based on experience
