Client / Customer Care Rep

Hometown Animal Hospital & Dental Clinic is looking for a Client Services Representative!

A Client Relations Specialist is an in-hospital position that performs check-in, check-out and basic receptionist duties. A typical day would include: answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, performing payment transactions, placing outbound calls, filing insurance claims, obtaining medical records, and other tasks. This position is requires computer proficiency, an outgoing personality, world class customer service and occasional weekend availability.

No medical or veterinary experience required! We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.

Answer and direct phone calls

Process payments, including cash, credit, and CareCredit

Submit insurance claims and follow-up to ensure payments are received

Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service

Inform clients about products and services offered

Prior phone or customer service experience required

High school diploma or relevant work experience required

Excellent typing and computer skills

Bilingual applicants welcomed!
