Senior Technical Recruiter – Software and Robotics

As a key member of Anduril's software recruiting team, you will manage talent acquisition for software engineers with robotics domain expertise across multiple small drone teams.

Establish trust and partnership with business leaders to shape talent strategy and deliver hiring outcomes.

Track and analyze pipeline and performance data, providing data‑driven insights.

Develop recruiting strategies that support long‑range growth, including referrals and process improvements.

Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referral and SOBO campaigns.

Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

5–8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, able to manage complex roles and mentor junior recruiters.

Experience hiring within robotics disciplines (computer vision, perception, motion planning, localization, mapping, etc.).

Client‑interaction experience with Hiring Managers and Directors, handling new requirements and pipeline updates.

Proficient with applicant tracking and HRIS systems.

Self‑sufficient with minimal supervision.

Resilient and creative, solving routine obstacles on the fly.
