Warehouse Associate (Cold Storage)

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join the team at Vesta Foodservice. This position supports daily warehouse operations within a temperature-controlled environment, handling food products and ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment. Load and unload food products from trucks, pallets, and conveyor systems

Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment

Organize inventory and maintain proper product rotation (FIFO when applicable)

Ensure all products are handled in accordance with food safety and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including workstations and common areas

Follow all company safety procedures and cold storage handling guidelines

Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines

Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

Comfortable working in cold storage environments (refrigerated and/or freezer conditions)

Must be able to communicate fluently (speak, read, & write) in Spanish and English.

Monday through Saturday

One variable day off during the week

Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (overtime may be required based on business needs)

This position operates in a refrigerated and/or freezer warehouse environment. Employees should be prepared for continuous physical activity and exposure to cold temperatures throughout the shift.
