5:30pm- 4:00am (Mon-Thur), $36-38/hr, plus $2 shift differential
~6am-6:30pm (Friday-Sunday), OT Monday, $40-43/hr

What's a typical day as Facility Maintenance Technician? Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant utilities and facility systems, including Reverse Osmosis (RO) water systems, Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam generation, HVAC, compressed air, boilers, and chillers
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and critical GMP utility systems
Conducting troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime and continuously support manufacturing operations
Monitoring utility performance, recording critical parameters, and maintaining accurate GMP documentation in compliance with ALCOA principles
Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to ensure utilities meet operational and compliance needs
Participating in on-call rotations and responding to utility and facility alarms or emergencies
Assisting with design, installation, and certifications for system and equipment modifications
Performing scheduled maintenance and testing of fire protection, alarm, and security systems
Managing spare parts inventories and ordering non-inventory repair parts
Supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Have experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and process equipment in a GMP or regulated environment (pharmaceutical or similar required)
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with plant utility systems (RO, WFI, Pure Steam, HVAC, etc.)
Can operate in full compliance with hygiene, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Hold education or certification in a relevant technical field (preferred)
