Complete hands-on training: Participate in an immersive training program to gain foundational knowledge and practical skills in design engineering processes.

Project management: Oversee projects from start to finish, including the delivery of approval drawings, manufacturing prints, and bills of materials.

3D modeling and layout creation: Generate detailed 3D assemblies and layout drawings for conveying equipment, ensuring precision and functionality.

Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to align design with production capabilities and customer expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.

Manufacturing experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

Mechanical aptitude: Strong technical skills and understanding of mechanical concepts.

Drafting software skills: Familiarity with Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidEdge is a plus.

Customer service commitment: Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and upholding Martin's standards.

Proactive with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
