Every shift is an opportunity to create memorable brand experiences while building your communication and customer engagement skills.If you've worked in promotions, events, hospitality, retail sales, customer service, fitness, entertainment, or any role where your personality is your superpower, this could be the perfect fit.No tobacco industry experience required, just a great personality, confidence in engaging with people, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.**Pay:** $25 per hour**Schedule:** Wednesday - Sunday**Location:** Daily travel within the territory**Required:** Must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's licenseThis role is perfect for people who enjoy being on the move, meeting new people every day, and getting paid to create engaging brand experiences.**What We Offer*** Receive weekly pay* Mileage + paid travel time* Next-day pay on demand with DailyPay* Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits* Eligible for 401k with company matching* Paid time off* Scholarship opportunities* Employee Assistance Program* Paid Time Off* Paid Holidays**We're Looking for Brand Ambassadors Who Are:*** Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic, with a natural ability to connect with people* Confident communicators who enjoy starting conversations and building rapport* Professional, reliable, and comfortable representing a premium brand* Adaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment* Detail-oriented and committed to following compliance requirements* Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving engagement**Job Description:****Key Responsibilities*** Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory* Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products* Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines* Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights* Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives* Educate consumers on available promotions* Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement* Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management* Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems* Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner* Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events**Required Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills* Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities* Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment* Professional appearance and demeanor* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently* Strong organizational and time-management skills* Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license* Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds**Success Factors*** Create memorable and positive consumer experiences* Build trust and credibility with adult consumers* Achieve activation and survey completion goals* Accurately represent brand messaging and promotional offers* Maintain exceptional compliance standards* Deliver reliable reporting and execution across every retail visit**Work Environment**This position requires regular travel throughout an assigned territory and frequent work within convenience store and retail environments.
