Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostics, and devising personalized care plans.

Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in cooperation with physicians or independently, based on your credentials.

Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within the bounds of practice.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and holistic care.

Accurately documenting all interactions and treatments in electronic medical records (EMR).

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Current Nurse Practitioner license in California.

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty.

Outstanding communication capabilities with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Proficient in EMR systems and comfortable using telehealth technology.
