Estimator Construction Management

Our client, a leading construction organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Estimator to join their team. As a Estimator, you will be part of the Pre-Construction and Business Development departments supporting project planning and bidding processes. Estimator
Support and collaborate with pre-construction and business development teams in reviewing project plans, requirements, and specifications.

Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding for construction projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Create conceptual and detailed budgets independently, ensuring alignment with project goals without relying on subcontractors.

Engage with architects, owners, and operations teams to refine budgets throughout the design process and present budgets professionally to clients.

Manage multiple bids simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and handle numerous projects with precision and efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Experience with OnScreen Take-off, Excel macros, and estimating software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and ability to multitask under pressure.
