No cardiac surgery or transplant cases; Team includes fellows in OB Anesthesia, Pediatric Anesthesia, Pain Management, Critical Care, and Cardiothoracic Anesthesia
~ Obstetric volume:

• Off-site anesthesia locations include MRI, Interventional Radiology, and a combined Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy suite (located adjacent to the main ORs)
• no office-based anesthesia or freestanding ambulatory surgery center
• Supported by three dedicated Biomedical Equipment Technicians
• CRNA supervision model with a 1:2 ratio and all CRNAs working under supervision

A license to practice Medicine in the State of New York
Board eligible or certified in Anesthesiology
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated between $600,000** (board eligible) and $610,000** (board certified) which includes the baseline salary, fringe benefits, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets
• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement
