Surgical Technologist - Day Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day Shift - 10 hours per day, 4 days a week.
The Surgical Technologist performs a variety of tasks in the operating room to assist the surgical team. Responsibilities include arranging sterile setups for surgical procedures, passing instruments and supplies, preparing patients for surgery, and ensuring a clean and safe operating environment.
Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile solutions.
Assist in patient preparation including washing, shaving, and ensuring aseptic incision sites.
Efficiently pass instruments and sterile supplies to the surgical team during operations.
Assist in the care, preparation, and disposal of specimens for laboratory analysis.
Clean and restock the operating room after surgery.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TSC) certification.

Contract & local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
