Ambulatory Care Pharmacist - Oncology (T
InSync Consulting Services
The Hours: Standard Monday through Friday day shifts.
A high-resource outpatient oncology and infusion center focusing on precision care.
Utilize Epic Beacon to review, verify, and manage complex oncology protocols, chemotherapy sequencing, and supportive care regiment
Ensure strict USP and USP compliance for hazardous and non-hazardous sterile intravenous compounding
Leadership Flow: Manage daily clinic pharmacy operations. Candidates with Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) experience are highly preferred and will be fast-tracked to handle compliance and workflow oversight
Partner directly with oncologists, oncology nurses, and mid-level providers to resolve dosing anomalies, manage lab parameters, and ensure safe patient car

Hands-on, recent experience utilizing Epic Beacon is a strict requirement. General Epic Willow experience alone will not clear the manager screen
Active, unrestricted Washington State (WA) Pharmacist License in-hand or highly active in the verification pipeline
