Onsite Driver Recruiter role in Troy, MO supporting Coastal Carriers Truck Lines LLC by managing the end-to-end hiring process for qualified CDL drivers.

Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified CDL drivers

Build and maintain relationships with prospective drivers via phone , email , job boards , referrals , social media , and recruiting events

Provide customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle

Partner with Operations , Safety , and Human Resources to meet hiring goalsMaintain accurate recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Create and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top driving talent

Recruiting experience preferred ; transportation or CDL driver recruiting experience is a plus

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS preferred

Microsoft Office
