Under the direction of the Collision Center Assistant Manager, this position is responsible for writing estimates within company standards. This position exercises initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks and performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.
Performs vehicle inspections and write appropriate estimates for work to be completed. Reviews all estimates with customer and insurance company. Obtains pricing and availability on replacement parts. Communicates with customer regarding work progress and delays.
Schedules work to be performed and monitors progress of all work through customer delivery.
High school diploma/equivalent required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word required
Strong customer service skills required
