Making up care plans for individual residence based on their diagnosis

Evaluate and re-evaluate the outcome of residents care

Proper documentation of all nursing intervention and follow up

Administering medications as ordered by primary care physician

Follow up with new order and reorder from the residents pharmacy

Standard precaution and infection control practices
