Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document changes in patient condition
Provide feeding, respiratory, and other case-specific care as applicable
Communicate with the family and clinical team
Qualifications

Active Florida RN or LPN license
BLS certification
Experience with the clinical skills listed above, when required for the case
Dependable, communicative, and comfortable working independently in the home
Reliable transportation
