The LPN performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. The LPN performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. The LPN performs clinical duties such as discussing symptoms and gathering and inputting information into the electronic medical records system, taking vital signs, giving injections, performing diagnostic tests, collecting specimens, drawing blood, sterilizing and cleaning equipment, and maintaining examination rooms at an outpatient care site. Collaborates closely with Physicians and MAs. Delivers direct patient care dependent on what active certification allows. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
Excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications Bilingual
Phlebotomy experience
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Experience with HEDIS
Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state specific).
Working knowledge of clinical operations
Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. 44,000 - $59,600 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
