Machine Operator / Production Associate
Pay: 26.71/hr + Overtime (1.5x Pay)
Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM + Overtime Available on Fridays
Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM + Overtime Available on Fridays
Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're hiring Machine Operators and Production Associates to support fabrication and manufacturing operations in Redmond, WA. This role involves operating production equipment, reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, and supporting manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment.
Candidates with experience in machine operation, fabrication, manufacturing, CNC equipment, production, or mechanical assembly are encouraged to apply.

Operate fabrication machinery and production equipment
Read blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions
Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments
Perform quality inspections and verify product specifications
Load materials and support production operations
Manufacturing, fabrication, production, or machine operating experience
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow technical instructions and production standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Fabrication or machine operating experience
Experience with CNC equipment, press machines, laser equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery
Forklift experience
