Join Sevita as a Program Director and lead a team dedicated to helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live independently and thrive in their communities.
What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based IDD programs
Provide coaching, performance management, and ongoing staff support
Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
Build strong relationships with individuals served, family members, guardians, and community partners
Monitor program quality, outcomes, and service delivery standards
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
2-3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Supervisory, management, or team leadership experience
Experience in residential services, supported living, community-based services, or disability services
