Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in emergency nursing and a commitment to patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in an emergency setting, handling both adult and pediatric cases.Assess and manage patients with critical conditions such as stroke and cardiovascular emergencies.Utilize electronic health records for documentation and communication.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.Participate in routine training and ongoing education to maintain current clinical competencies.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years of general emergency nursing experience required, including both adult and pediatric patients.Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications are required.Licensure: A valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License is necessary.Preferred Certifications: CPI and NRP certifications are a plus.Technology Skills: Proficiency in using Epic Electronic Health Records is preferred.Shift InformationThis position is for a night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Weekend work is required every other weekend.Additional InformationPotential floating to other facilities as needed.Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.RTO (Requests Time Off) must be provided at the time of submission, with approval based on facility needs.Guaranteed hours include a policy allowing for one shift to be canceled every two weeks.Please note: During hurricane season from June to November, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams if necessary.Client Details City Summerville State SC
