Pay: $20.25/hr + Overtime Potential
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports To: Foreman & Field Operations Supervisor

~Support painting/coatings crews on commercial & industrial job sites
Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
Improve production, quality, and technical skills through ongoing training
A great Technician is someone who is:
Available to work weekends
Aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to safety
At least 6 months commercial/industrial painting or coatings experience
Familiarity with job site tools, equipment, and materials
Reliable crew member with strong attendance
Reliable transportation (job sites vary)
Not be afraid of heights due to boom lifts (training required)
Report hazards or incidents immediately
Participate in safety training and development
Help maintain an injury-free workplace

Use power tools and other equipment as needed
This position requires working indoors and outdoors at various job sites. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, humidity, and other environmental conditions. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks safely in changing environmental conditions.
