What You'll Be Doing:

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections

*
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires

*
Inspect brakes, batteries, fluids, belts, hoses, and other key vehicle components

*
Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to the Service Advisor

*
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

*
Accurately document services performed and recommendations

*
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

*
Work closely with experienced technicians while continuing to develop your skills through hands-on learning and factory training

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive, quick service, or express maintenance experience preferred

*
Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn

*
ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

*
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset

*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

*
Strong communication and customer service skills

*
Dependable, coachable, and eager to grow your career

*
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

*
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings
