The Front Desk Agent is an integral part of the Front Office Team. Be knowledgeable about hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Resolve guest complaints to complete satisfaction, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service
# Experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
