An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience* **[****]*** **[****]*** **[****]*** **[****]****About the Role**The Alliance Senior Underwriter position will be responsible for underwriting partnerships in our nontraditional broker distribution channel. The ideal candidate for this role has a deal-maker mentality, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment on a growing team, and is capable of delivering quality work while providing exceptional service to our partners.**As a Senior Underwriter, this looks like: * **Business Management:** Reviewing your book of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition.* **Broker Partnership:** Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members.* **Underwriting Execution:** Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts.**What You'll Need**You have at least 5 years of experience underwriting, preferably in the high net worth space and you are comfortable owning a book of business. Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people. You know how to gather and analyze all the data you’ll need to make a decision on a risk.
