Lead engineering for products that directly impact safety and real-world reliability Build, coach, and shape a growing team with visible impact across the business Work cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and leadership Drive meaningful process improvements without unnecessary complexity Operate in a role where accountability, ownership, and execution truly matter Job Details Lead and develop the engineering team, setting priorities, driving accountability, and supporting performance and growth Translate business and product goals into structured engineering plans with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines Establish and track KPIs to measure execution, responsiveness, and overall team performance Partner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and support teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution Oversee new product development and sustaining engineering, ensuring quality, manufacturability, and on-time delivery Interested in hearing more?
